NanoMicroFab is an Open Research Infrastructure aiming to support companies operating in the field of micro-nanoelectronics and funded by Regione Lazio. NanoMicroFab is led by CNR and has as partners the University of Rome Tor Vergata and Leonardo. Objective of the Infrastructure is to provide several services to companies, including: new materials; development of processes and devices; design and characterization of materials and devices. The facility is expected: to self-sustain through service contracts; to integrate several CNR existing infrastructures with those of the Univ. of Tor Vergata; to upgrade the existing infrastructures through the acquisition of new equipment. | |||
